Terms & Conditions
These terms cover the 30-Day Habit Accelerator specifically. They sit alongside our general site terms & conditions; where they touch the same ground, these accelerator terms apply to your place in the programme.
1. What you're buying
The 30-Day Habit Accelerator is a live, cohort-based coaching programme. Your payment secures one seat in a specific cohort, and it is a one-time payment โ there is no subscription and nothing recurring.
Your place includes the 14-day preparation module, the 30-day daily video course, four live group video calls a week for four weeks (sixteen sessions in total), WhatsApp support with Kevin for the duration of the cohort, and access to the private community for the cohort and a short period afterward.
2. The Success Credit
We back the programme with a Success Credit: do the work, and the full amount you paid comes back to you as store credit toward carrying on.
To qualify, you complete all four of the following within your cohort:
- Stay alcohol-free for the full 30 days
- Complete all of the daily video or audio lessons
- Attend at least two live calls a week โ eight in total across the month
- Record a short video testimonial
Meet all four and the full amount you paid is returned to you as store credit.
Prefer not to appear on camera? You can frame your testimonial as a habit reset or performance-coaching story rather than mentioning alcohol. And if you'd rather not record a video at all, you still receive 50% of your payment back as store credit on completing the first three criteria.
What the credit can be used for
Your store credit can be applied toward:
- The program โ Foundations or Mastermind (lifetime access)
- 1:1 coaching โ the 14-session package
It cannot be applied toward:
- Community or Community Plus, or any ongoing or recurring membership
- Single sessions and the 4-session coaching package
- Re-enrolling in the 30-Day Habit Accelerator
Store credit is issued after your cohort ends and completion has been confirmed.
3. Access during the cohort
The preparation and daily course content open on the schedule set out in your welcome guide. The private community opens on day one and remains open for the duration of the cohort and a short period afterward. Live calls are recorded and made available in your member portal.
4. Community conduct
We ask that you treat other members with respect at all times, and that you never post in the community or take part in a live call while under the influence of alcohol or any other substance. The space is kept congenial, supportive, and safe for everyone in it. We may remove access for conduct that undermines that.
5. Refunds and your rights
Draft โ pending legal review
Your place is a reserved seat in a small, fixed-size cohort, and enrolling opens your preparation materials straight away. Because of both of those things, our refund terms work as follows.
Limited seats and immediate access
When you enrol, you reserve one of a strictly limited number of seats in a specific cohort, and you get access to the preparation materials immediately. Once a seat is taken it cannot be resold, and once access has opened the materials cannot be returned.
Your cooling-off right
Under EU and Spanish consumer law you would normally have fourteen days to cancel for a refund. Because your access begins immediately, you are asked at checkout to confirm that you want it to start right away and that you understand this means giving up that fourteen-day cancellation right once access has begun. Enrolment cannot be completed without agreeing to this.
This does not affect the Success Credit. Giving up the cooling-off right is separate from โ and does not remove โ your entitlement to have the full amount you paid returned as store credit when you complete the programme as set out in Section 2.
Refunds
Once purchased, enrolment is non-refundable. The way your payment returns to you is the Success Credit set out in Section 2 โ complete the work, and the full amount you paid comes back to you as store credit.
If something serious happens
We understand that life can get in the way. If illness or a serious personal circumstance stops you continuing, contact us โ at our discretion, we may move your seat to a future cohort instead. This is a goodwill option rather than a right, and it is offered in place of a refund, not in addition to one.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms removes any rights you have under law that cannot legally be waived.
